A limited 5-year manufacturer's warranty is provided on recliner mechanisms and metal springs, including seat springs and back springs. A limited 3-year manufacturer's warranty is provided on sleeper mattresses and sleeper mechanisms. A limited 1-year manufacturer's warranty is provided on leather, upholstery, and cushioning. At first I was leary of all the assembly needed, but the instructions were excellent, and all the necessary tools and hardware were supplied. I am a 67-year-old woman and I put it together by myself in about an hour!
